Pest Control

A representative will make a free inspection of your property to gain insight into which pest problems may be affecting your home or business. Once this is done the inspector will design a plan that suits your needs. We control many different kinds of pests including ants, spiders, crickets, mice, rats, silverfish, roaches, fleas, bees and many other insects. Some pests are difficult to control such as the hoards of ladybugs, milipedes, and sheild (a.k.a. stink) bugs, but we can slow them down. Remember that effective pest management is a PROCESS not an EVENT. Our pest plans are designed to achieve and maintain control. It all starts with proper communication with our customers.

Termite Control

Some of the most important work we do is protecting homes and businesses from termite attack. We offer free inspections. Once our representative makes the inspection he will speak with you about what problems exist (if any) and determine the best way to solve the problem. Structures can be treated in several ways including conventional soil treatment, termite baiting, and termite pre-treatment. We also offer control of wood borers and powder post beetles. Moisture and dampness certainly can be a negative factor and can aid insect infestation and damageing wood rot. We offer automatic temperature control foundation vents and moisture barriers to help with those problems. Specialty and our homeowners work together, after all our goal is the same...to protect their structure.

Bed Bug Control

Our bed bug control program consists of three key elements. First we inspect the premesis to determine where the bed bugs are located within the structure. Second we communicate with the home / business owner. This is the key to prevention and elimination of the bed bug infestation. This communication is not only about what bed bug management technics that we will use but also what techinics the property owner can do to reduce exposure and the spread of bed bugs which will reduce the property owners total costs. Third, we will provide treatment to the infested areas and follow up visits to ensure that all of the bed bugs have been eliminated.

Moisture Control

We provide automatic temperature control vents as well as we place 6 mil polyethelene plastic in the crawl space.

Inspection Services

We provide certified inspectors for WDI (Wood Destroying Insects) reports for real estate closings.
